• Account registration data (email, username) when creating an ARG Store account
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card details)
• Content you create (reviews, ratings, app uploads)

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (device model, OS version, app version)
• Usage analytics (app opens, feature usage, crash reports)
• Advertising ID (in apps that display ads, such as PerfSync and VisNov)

2. Per-App Data Practices

PerfSync

• Displays ads via Google AdMob — AdMob may collect advertising ID and device data per Google's Privacy Policy
• In-app purchase data is handled entirely by Google Play Billing
• Performance monitoring data (CPU, RAM, battery) is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers

ARG Launcher

• Does not collect or transmit any personal data
• Notification access is used locally to display notifications within the launcher — notification content is never stored or transmitted
• Usage access is used locally to display recent apps — no data is sent externally
• All settings and preferences are stored locally on your device

VisNov (Visual Novel Maker)

• Displays ads via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads)
• Projects and stories you create are stored locally on your device
• If you use the Asset Marketplace (when available), account and transaction data is processed through Stripe
• Exported/shared visual novels do not contain personal data

ARG Store (Platform)

• Collects account data (email, username) for authentication
• OAuth login via Google or Discord shares only your email and display name with us
• Download history and purchase records are stored to provide your app library
• Reviews and ratings you submit are publicly visible with your username
• For app developers using our platform: uploaded app metadata, descriptions, and APK/AAB files are stored on our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our apps and services
• To process purchases and manage your account
• To display relevant advertisements (where applicable)
• To send important service updates (e.g., security notices, purchase confirmations)
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google AdMob — for ad serving in supported apps
• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases
• Stripe — for processing payments on ARG Store
• Law enforcement — only when required by law

5. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored on secured servers. Local app data (settings, projects, cached icons) is stored on your device. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your ARG Store account at any time, which removes all associated data from our servers. Local app data can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Opt out of targeted advertising (via your device's ad settings)
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications and services provided by ARG Creative ("we", "our", "us"), including but not limited to PerfSync, ARG Launcher, VisNov, ARG Store, and any future apps or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any ARG Creative app or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or services.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell our apps

3. ARG Store Platform

For Users

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Reviews and ratings must be honest and not abusive
• Downloaded apps are for personal use only

For Developers

• You must own or have rights to all content you upload
• Apps must not contain malware, spyware, or any malicious code
• You are responsible for the content and functionality of your apps
• ARG Creative reserves the right to remove any app at our discretion
• Revenue sharing and commission rates are subject to the developer agreement

4. Purchases and Payments

• In-app purchases through Google Play are governed by Google Play's terms
• Purchases through ARG Store are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms
• All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

5. User Content

Content you create using our apps (e.g., visual novels in VisNov, notes in ARG Launcher) belongs to you. However, by submitting content to our platforms (reviews, marketplace assets), you grant us a license to display and distribute that content as part of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All ARG Creative apps, logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of ARG Creative. Built-in assets provided in our apps (icons, backgrounds, sounds) are licensed for use within the app only and may not be extracted or used elsewhere.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use our apps at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARG Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising from your use of our apps or services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps or services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use our apps is immediately revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
